Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of PitchShift. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
PitchShift lets you change the key of songs and related audio features. Features that rely on server-side processing or in-app purchases may change or be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
You are responsible for audio, photos, videos, and other content you create or import. You retain ownership of your content. Do not use the app to infringe others' rights or violate law.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store card numbers. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smbdm Marketing, Dubai, UAE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law requires otherwise.
