Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the data PitchShift uses to provide app functionality. Data is not linked to your identity. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use the data for advertising.

Data used for app functionality

PitchShift may record and process the following categories on or through the app, solely to provide the product:

• Audio
• Photos and videos
• User content
• User ID
• Device ID
• Purchase history

These identifiers are not linked to your name, email, or other real-world identity. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for tracking.

No tracking

PitchShift does not track you. There is no advertising identifier collection, no data-broker sharing, and no cross-app tracking.

Third parties

Apple processes App Store distribution and in-app purchases. Purchase history is used only to unlock paid features you bought. Processors that help deliver a feature you request (for example audio processing) handle data only as needed for that request.

Retention

Audio processed to return a result is not kept except as needed to provide that result or a feature you enable (such as a library backup keyed by an anonymous identifier). You can delete content in the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes are shown by updating the effective date above.
